🔋 1. The device won’t power on or shows a black screen?
Check power supply:
- Ensure the cigarette lighter/USB power is working (some smart displays require 5V/2A or higher).
- Try another car charger or cable (original accessories recommended).
Check display settings:
- Some displays have a physical power switch — make sure it is turned on.
- Adjust brightness (it may have been set to minimum).

🔌 2. CarPlay/Android Auto won’t connect?
Wired connection:
- Replace the data cable (use original/MFi-certified cables).
- Check if USB debugging/OTG is enabled on the phone (needed for Android Auto).
Wireless connection:
- Ensure both the display and phone Bluetooth/Wi-Fi are paired.
- Restart both devices and re-pair.
Compatibility:
- Some smart displays require manual entry into “Phone Link” mode (e.g. tap CarPlay icon).
- Check if the display firmware is updated to the latest version.
- Replace the data cable (use original/MFi-certified cables).
